Lead Engagement Terms of Service

This Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which PipeLinear ("Provider") delivers live chat lead generation services to the client ("Client"). By using the services, the Client agrees to the following:


1. Services Provided

PipeLinear installs and manages a live chat widget on the Client's website to proactively engage visitors and capture qualified leads ("Leads"). A Lead is defined as a visitor who provides a valid email address or phone number through the chat interface.

2. Pricing and Billing

  • Standard Rate: $49 per qualified lead
  • Advanced Tier (includes automation, integrations): $89 per qualified lead
  • Leads are billed 24 hours after delivery via credit card on file

3. Lead Validity and Replacements

The Client will only be billed for Leads that meet the following criteria:

  • U.S.-based lead
  • Email address does not bounce
  • Phone number is active and reachable (e.g., rings or receives SMS)

If a lead’s contact information is proven invalid (non-U.S., email bounce, or disconnected number), PipeLinear will replace the lead at no cost.

4. Cancellation

The Client may cancel service at any time without penalty. Any leads already delivered remain billable.

5. Chat Transcripts and Data

A transcript will be provided with each lead. All leads will include timestamp, IP address, and page URL of the conversation.

6. Customization and Access

  • Clients may submit custom scripts; PipeLinear does not require approval to implement them
  • Clients agree not to alter or interfere with the chat widget after installation
  • Either party may handle widget setup

7. Confidentiality and Data Use

PipeLinear will not resell, reuse, or share lead or visitor data. All client data and web traffic information remain confidential.

8. Support

Support is provided via live chat, email, and phone during normal business hours.

9. Limitations

  • No minimum monthly commitment or lead volume required
  • No guaranteed response time (SLA)

10. Agreement Acceptance

By continuing to use the service, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service. A copy is available on request or at www.pipelinear.com/terms
